Jeffery is a personal trainer specializing in corrective care and strength building. He has worked with a plethora of clientele that suffered previously from traumatic injuries and surgeries to restore mobility and functionality. Jeffery also work with many athletes to correct movements and program for strength building to take an already athletic person to the next level.
Jeffery offer corrective exercise care, postural restoration sessions, as well as traditional strength and weight loss training.
